School of Business Holds Activity Planning Workshop & Teambuilding
July 16,2015
In its continuing effort to keep abreast of the developments since its revisit of the business program in April 2015, the School of Business Dean and the Department Chairs held a one-day activity planning workshop and teambuilding in Pansol, Laguna last 26 June 2015. The non-structured workshop basically explored activities that may be undertaken by the School in the coming schoolyear in both curricular and extra-curricular matters. Moreover, the loose and relaxed ambience of the day-long activity plus the enticing amenities of the private resort venue spurred bonding fellowship among the group as they did karaoke singing, pool billiards, swimming, among others. It was likewise the objective of the activity to strengthen the existing team by fostering stronger relationship and cohesiveness. The aforementioned fun team activities by far ignited a spirit of triumph and amusement among the group as everyone tried to outdo each other by showing off a “hidden” talent or skill. There was also much food provision due to the pot luck arrangement. The group ended the day’s event in a joyful mood, contented, relaxed and stress-free.
The bond builders are Prof. Delia Sarmiento (Business Information Systems and Management Department, Dr. Ralph Sabio (Business Management Department), Prof. Robert Robang (International Business Economics and Diplomacy Department), Prof. Francis Ian Quesada (Financial Management Department), Ms. Gina Duran (School Secretary) and Dean Ramon R. Mañalac.
