High School Intramurals SY 2018–2019
For the first time since the merging of the Junior and Senior high schools, students from Grades 7-12 vied for the championship in the annual intramurals held last January 30-February 1, 2019 with the theme: “GOALS: Games’ Objectives Amplifying Life Lessons.”
This year’s intramurals was mad bigger and more exciting with 14 sporting events to compete namely cheer dancing, basketball, volleyball, kickball, patintero, sprints, marathon, badminton, table tennis, team scrabble, chess, game of the generals, word factory and Pinoy relay.
Students played in two major divisions: Junior Division (Grades 7,8, and-9) and Senior Divisions (Grades 10, 11, and12). Non-sports events such as the Scholastican Pop Idol, Batch Banner, and Batch Muse added thrill and further delight to this much-anticipated school activity.
The three-day intramurals was filled with competitive yet cheerful spirits as the entire high school community, teachers and students alike took a break from usual academic works and put forth their best effort by partaking in this activity as players, coaches, officials, facilitators, spectators and enthusiastic cheerers of their respective teams.
The Grade 12 batch, the Seniors, emerged as the overall victor.
