GS and JR HS ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

School year 2017-2018

 

STEP 1:  GS RM 102

1.  Have your assessment form printed.

2.  If paying in FULL (Plan A), proceed to Business Office for payment.  

     If availing of installment PLANs B, C or D,

     a. Prepare post-dated checks (PDCs)

     b. Proceed to GS RM 101.

         Reminders: Check payable to:   ST. SCHOLASTICA’S COLLEGE   

             * write student’s name & ID # at the BACK of check 

            * as per bank memo, checks with alterations will not be accepted

            * one set of PDCs per student, if enrolling more  than one child

STEP 2:  GS RM 101

1.   Fill out Yellow form.
2.   Submit completed Yellow form for encoding together with your post dated checks.
3.   Claim printed PDC warranty form.
4.   Proceed to Business office for payment.

STEP 3:  Business Office

1.  Pay AMOUNT DUE upon enrollment.

     Cashier 1, 2 and 3 – Check  or Credit Card

     Cashier 4 and 5 – CASH

     Note:  Payment in full thru BDO Online Banking or thru Bills Payment is posted only the following banking day.

STEP 4 :  Barrion Hall

1.  Purchase of text books and school supplies.
2.  Purchase / Order of school, PE  and  Gala Uniforms ,

A LATE ENROLLMENT FEE OF P500 WILL BE CHARGED EFFECTIVE JUNE 24, 2017.

OPENING of CLASSES is on July 3, 2017.

 

Senior HS ENROLLMENT 

STEP 1: GS RM 102

1.  Have your assessment form printed.

2.  Have your x ray taken.

STEP 5 :   ICT Office (2nd floor )

1.  Present assessment form.    Have your ID picture taken.

2.  ID activation and e-registration.

STEP 6:  BARRION HALL

1.   Purchase / Order of  School and PE uniform , Grade 11 or 12 patch
2.   Purchase of textbook  for Personality Development

STEP 7   SR HS OFFICE

1.  Purchase of textbook for Theology.

A LATE ENROLLMENT FEE OF P500 WILL BE CHARGED EFFECTIVE JUNE 24, 2017.

ORIENTATION for NEW students is on JUNE 17   from 9AM – 12:00NN  at the   KUNIBERTA HALL.
