STEP 1

REGISTRAR’S OFFICE

Have your assessment form printed.

STEP 2

BUSINESS OFFICE

If paying in FULL (Plan A), proceed to Cashier  for payment.  

If availing of installment PLANs:

     1.  Prepare post-dated checks (PDCs)  and fill out Yellow form.

     2.  Submit completed Yellow form together with your post dated checks at the Purchasing Office (back side of  the Business Office).

     3.  Claim printed PDC warranty form.

     4.   Proceed to Cashier for payment.

Reminders: 

Check payable to:   ST. SCHOLASTICA’S COLLEGE

     - write student’s name & ID # at the BACK of check 
     - as per bank memo, checks with alterations will not be accepted
     - one set of PDCs per student, if enrolling more  than one child

2.  After the physical exam , proceed to the  Mobile Van (in front  of  the  Rehearsal Hall of the St. Cecilia’s Bldg)  to have  your X-Ray  taken.  

3.  After X-ray procedure, proceed to our School Clinic for your DENTAL check up.

STEP 5

ICT OFFICE (2nd floor, HS Building)

1.  Present assessment form.    Have your ID picture taken.

2.  ID activation and e-registration.

A LATE ENROLLMENT FEE OF P500 WILL BE CHARGED EFFECTIVE  AUGUST 1,  2018.

PERGOLA (TABLE 1)

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012, please accomplish our consent form  before proceeding with enrollment.

STEP 1        

RELEASE of Assessment Form (REGISTRAR’s OFFICE) AND PAYMENT OF FEES (BUSINESS OFFICE)

1.  Submit SSC consent form together with your school ID (old students only).

Pls. check your SUBJECT LINEUP carefully before proceeding to the next step.

2.  If you are paying in FULL (Plan A), proceed immediately to the Business Office for payment.

    If availing of installment PLANs:

    a.  Prepare postdated checks (PDCs) and fill out the Yellow form.

    b. Submit the completed Yellow form together with your postdated checks at the Purchasing Office (behind the Business Office), and claim the printed PDC warranty form.

    c.  Proceed to the Cashier for payment.

A LATE REGISTRATION FEE will be charged effective AUGUST 13, 2018.

Postdated Check (PDC) Writing Guidelines:

Make the check payable to ST. SCHOLASTICA’S COLLEGE, MANILA

At the back of the check, write the following information:

   -  Student’s Name
   -  Student Number
   -  Parent’s contact number

One set of PDCs per student is required if enrolling more than one child.

Please be careful in filling out the checks. Remember that as per bank rules,

CHECKS WITH ALTERATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

AS PER PCHC MEMO circular No. 3126 dated June 6 2016: Effective JULY 1, 2017, OLD FORMAT CHECKS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT.

MEDICAL CHECK UP (GS Rm 101)

1.  Submit yourself for a physical /medical checkup by our School Physician.

After the physical exam, proceed to the Mobile Van (in front of the Rehearsal Hall of the St. Cecilia’s Bldg.) to have your X-ray done.  

2.  After the X-ray procedure, proceed to our School Clinic for your DENTAL checkup.

3.  For all HRM students enrolled in Food Merchandising and Styling, the submission of stool specimen for laboratory examination is also required.

ID PICTURE TAKING and UPDATING of PERSONAL DATA FILE 

1.  Present your Assessment Form and have your ID picture taken.

Reminders:  The ICT office will not take pictures of the following:

     a.  students with colored hair  

     b.  male students sporting a beard and/or with long hair style

2.  Have your ID activated and e-registered before proceeding to the next step.

3.  UPDATE and PRINT your Personal Data File using any of the computers provided.

STEP 4

When applicable, school and PE uniforms may be purchased from our BOOKSTORE.

STEP 5

STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE (SAO)

Present your Assessment Form, Official Receipt, and Print Out of your Personal Data File for your ID validation. ALL NEW students will receive an emergency whistle and a copy of the Student Manual of Information.

OLD students are required to present their emergency whistles for their IDs to be validated.

Take note that only upon validation of your school ID will you be considered OFFICIALLY ENROLLED. Failure to have your ID card validated will mean that you will not be able to view your registration card and WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY into the campus once classes start on August 13, 2018.

 

GRADUATE SCHOOL

Submit the approved schedule of fees and have the assessment form printed. Pay the TOTAL AMOUNT due. You may pay in cash, by check, or credit card. IF paying thru BDO Online Banking or thru Bills Payment, your payment will be posted only on the following banking day

ONLINE  PAYMENT of  TUITION  FEES 

may be availed of, IF

     -  you are a REGULAR STUDENT
     -  you are  CLEARED  from all the offices
     -  you have  NO F, FA, FW or INC grade in any of your  subjects
     -  you  DID NOT DROP ANY SUBJECT  during 2nd SEM 2017-18  and have NO ACADEMIC DEFICIENCIES (low CQPA, On Probation)
     -  you are paying in full

 

PROCEDURE

STEP 1

Go to SSC Website (http://myisis.ssc.edu.ph)

Print Assessment Form

Pls. check your SUBJECT LINEUP carefully before making any payment.

(Note: You also need to secure a hard copy of the assessment form and to accomplish and submit a consent form   together with your ID [for old students only] at the Registrar’s Office.)

Go to the BDO Payment Facility or Internet Banking

Pay tuition and fees IN FULL.

STEP  2 

UPDATE and PRINT your Personal Data File ONLINE. Just log in to http://myisis.ssc.edu.ph

Present the validated or money transmittal slip to our Cashier for validation and issuance of your Official receipt. This must be done before you proceed to complete the enrollment procedures.

To view your registration card, go to  ssc.edu.ph, log in to MY ISIS, then click  MY REGISTRATION.

PLEASE BE REMINDED OF THE PRESCRIBED DRESS CODE WHILE INSIDE THE CAMPUS. YOU AND YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN WILL BE TRANSACTING WITH THE DIFFERENT SERVICE OFFICES, THUS, PROPRIETY IN ATTIRE AND DEMEANOR IS EXPECTED. THANK YOU.
